If the painting arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to either replace the painting or help you get it repaired, depending on the availability of the painting and your preference.
Custom paintings, which are paintings made to order based on your specifications or preferences, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged or defective. We will work with you to address any issues with the custom painting and find a satisfactory resolution.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Replace & Repair policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
